Keeping it Country in the Country!

Since the start of our campaign to protect the Kent Downs National Landscape in the protected AONB White Cliffs Country, we've seen significant support and profile in the local media. We are fighting for our green spaces to stay clean , green , accessible and importantly preserved for our children and grandchildren.

As you can see many people have already signed the petition on this site to stop the irrevocable destruction of this cherished and protected landscape.

The developers GSE, want to concrete over this landscape via a huge scale 70 acre HGV industrialised lorry park. Something which fortunately, is unprecedented in AONB landscapes in the the UK.

Many of our website subscribers love the green open spaces as much as we do and this has inspired a whole host of poetry, letters and support over the last few months. Some of our subscribers have even written their own songs and recorded them. Below is one such example we so desperately wanted to share with you !
